Meet the Founder
Food & Fitness LLC is a health and wellness studio owned and operated by a Registered Dietitian and ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Our approach is to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills to make healthier decisions, leading to sustainable lifestyle changes. We believe in the power of education, support, and personalized guidance to help our clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
Our founder, Sarah Cuffee, RD, CPT, has a passion for helping others live their best lives. With a background in nutrition and fitness, Sarah Cuffee, RD, CPT is dedicated to inspiring and motivating individuals on their wellness journey.
Biography
Sarah Cuffee, RD, CPT, hailing from Norfolk, Virginia, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science/Health and Physical Education with a concentration in Dietetics from Norfolk State University. Following this, she undertook a rigorous eight month combined dietetic internship and graduate certificate program at Virginia State University. She then went on to pass the Commission on Dietetics Registration examination for Registered Dietitians. With over three years’ experience in clinical settings, encompassing both inpatient and outpatient care she possess intensive knowledge and insight. What sets her apart from most Registered Dietitians is her dual expertise, being both a Registered Dietitian and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. As a personal trainer, she thoroughly enjoys integrating singing, especially Whitney Houston, while coaching energetic group fitness classes. She is the proud parent to a son and daughter who are both experts at ignoring her nutrition advice. Sarah genuinely believes we’re all on this earth for a reason and her reason is to give you the tea on food and fitness.
